End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and TDACRM Solutions ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the BirthdayBot application ("Software") installed on your Bitrix24 portal.

By installing or using BirthdayBot, you confirm your acceptance of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

TDACRM Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BirthdayBot on your Bitrix24 portal in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

You may use BirthdayBot solely for the purpose of automating birthday greeting posts within your Bitrix24 portal. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with Bitrix24's terms of service and applicable laws.

BirthdayBot and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of TDACRM Solutions. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Third-Party Services

BirthdayBot uses third-party services to deliver its functionality, including AI text generation (OpenAI) and payment processing (Stripe). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TDACRM Solutions does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TDACRM Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of BirthdayBot.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the Software. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling BirthdayBot from your Bitrix24 portal. TDACRM Solutions may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
